are quoted nett in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) inclusive all applicable taxes.

Airport tax and fuel surcharge are subject

Berjaya Hotels & Resort will not be held liable for any transportation
changes resulting in rescheduling, cancellation or delay.

Surcharge of RM70.00 nett per room per night
applies during school holidays and weekends (Fridays & Saturdays only)
Surcharge of RM130.00 nett per room per night applies during eve of, public
holidays and from 23 January till 2 February 2009 (including both dates)
